Ordering & Shipping

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

Your order will be delivered by DPD. Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently to the Republic of Ireland and the United States.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by navigating to the Account section and following the steps to login using your email address.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel or edit your order.

If your order has shipped, once it arrives you can complete a refund or return request via the My Account section.

My order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Please contact us at help@selfandothers.co.uk or via the contact form with your order details and we'll do our best to track your order down for you!

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We hope that you will love your order, however, if you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. This returns policy does not affect your UK statutory rights. 

Items that you wish to return must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

How do I request a refund or a return?

All our return and refund requests are self-service.

Navigate to the My Account page and follow the steps provided to log in.

From here you can start the return process by clicking the "Request return" button next to your order.

When can I expect my refund?

Return processing typically takes 2–4 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has been delivered to its destination warehouse.

Please allow 7–10 business days after your refund is issued to see the funds reflected on your bank statement.

Payment Options

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express as well as many debit cards.

We also accept payments via Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and Clearpay.

We are unable to split payments between multiple payment methods.

Account Information

How do I change my account password?

All of our accounts are password-less and a 6-digit code will be sent to you each time you log in.

How do I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your account, please contact us.

How can I request for my data to be removed?

To request your customer data removal under GDPR guidelines, please contact us here.

How can I unsubscribe from emails?

If you would like to unsubscribe, you can do so by clicking the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of any of our emails.

Unsubscribing will prevent you from receiving promotional and marketing emails, but will still allow you to receive all transactional emails, such as order confirmation and shipping notification emails.

To opt out of all transactional emails, please contact us.

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

All our crystals are thoughtfully and consciously sourced from around the world. We always work with partners who share our views and would never knowingly work with a supplier who does not align with our values.

Is your packaging recyclable?

All of our packaging is FSC® certified materials with at least 70% recycled content and can be recycled.

Our tapes and papers are printed with water-based inks.

We also plant trees for every order placed through Ecologi and you can view our Ecologi forest.
